No, but you can share your username/password if you choose to.
In Step 3 of sending a new fax message, you can add multiple new recipients or select numerous contacts or users.
You have a few options when a fax fails to send. First, double-check that you entered the recipient’s fax number correctly, and try resending it.
Under Messages, click Failed. Select the fax message you want to try resending and choose Retry Failed Deliveries under the Actions drop-down menu.
If the file still doesn’t send, double-check that you have the correct number and that it is, indeed, a fax number. You can verify it’s a fax number by calling it. You should hear a fax dial tone after a few rings.
You can also contact the recipient to ensure their machine/fax service is working.
Your UpLync Fax portal contains a default cover page that automatically includes the recipient information you add during Step 1 of the sending process. You will see the default cover page file in Step 2, where you add your fax message document.
The default cover page looks like this.
If you need a customized cover page, please contact us at support@uplync.com .
Your faxes appear in the Inbox section of your portal. You can also receive them via email if you’d like. You can adjust these preferences under General Settings.
