• Press the Message button on your phone screen

Voicemail Greeting 

A generic voicemail greeting (aka unavailable message) has been prerecorded for you. This greeting is played to callers when they enter your voicemail box. You can change this greeting at any time as follows:

• Log in to your voicemail box and select option '0' for 'Mailbox Options'
• Select '1' to record your Unavailable Message and follow the prompts

Voicemail Name Announcement

Your name announcement is played to callers when they enter your voicemail box. It is also played when callers choose to use the company directory. You can change your name announcement as follows:

• Log in to your voicemail box and select option '0' for 'Mailbox Options'
• Select '3' to record your Name Announcement and follow the prompts

Voicemail to Email

Your voicemail messages can be delivered to any email address. These messages will arrive in your Inbox as a conventional email with a .wav file attachment and a transcription of the message. You can listen to these messages with any audio program that supports the .wav file format. The address to which your voicemail is delivered is configurable through your user portal or by emailing support@uplync.com.
