How do I block or blacklist a phone number?

If you'd like to stop receiving calls from a specific phone number, you can block (aka blacklist) the number.
  1. To blacklist a number, dial *30 and then the 10 digit number
  2. You can also dial *32 to blacklist the previous caller (CAUTION: it's easy to accidentally blacklist the wrong person using this method)
  3. Dial *31 to remove from the blacklist
Please Note
Most spammers are spoofing numbers they don't even own to call you. It's becoming a real problem because it's possible to block customers whose number is being spoofed and there is really nothing that can be done about it. For example, one of our customers got called by their own cell phone number on their cell phone number by a spammer.
