How do I access my phone call logs, recordings, and voicemails on the web?
Note: Due to UpLync firewalls, access to the sites referenced below are restricted to those in which physical UpLync telephones are installed and operational.
- Go to [SERVERNAME].ast.uplync.net/recordings (you can get the name of your server from UpLync)
- Enter username/password (username=your extension number; password=your voicemail password)
- The main screen shows only the voicemails currently on your phone. Click the speaker icon to play them through your computer or click the phone icon to play them through your phone. You can also download them, if you would like to save them for later or send them in an email.
- On the left-hand navigation, click Call Monitor at the top. You will see all of the calls associated with your phone. It will record only the ones that you answer or that you place.
- Click on Follow Me in the left-hand navigation to enable/disable this feature. Follow Me allows you to send all of the calls that come into your extension to another number, like your cell phone. Your extension number should be listed first. Then, enter the number you want calls sent to beneath it followed by a # sign if it is an external number.
Remember to click Update when you are done.
- In the Phone Features screen, you can put your phone into Do Not Disturb mode and change ring times. You can also setup call forwarding, which is different than Follow Me. When you enable call forwarding, calls no longer register on your original extension. They will go directly to the number you have in call forwarding.
Remember to click update when you are done.
- If you click on Settings in the navigation, you can manipulate even more options. The main ones you will use are changing your password and/or email address to which your messages are sent.
Remember to click Update when you are done.
