Follow Me & DND

What is Follow Me?

Follow Me rings additional phone numbers at the same time as your extension. This allows calls to reach you on multiple devices, such as your mobile phone or home phone.

How do I enable Follow Me?

Open the Follow Me / DND page
Toggle Follow Me to ON
Add external numbers
Tap Apply Changes

Your extension will now ring all listed numbers simultaneously.

What does "Ring This Extension" and “Confirm Calls” do?

Ring This Extension

When enabled, your extension rings simultaneously alongside any Follow Me numbers. If disabled, only the external numbers in your ring list will ring, while your extension itself stays silent. This is useful if you want calls to go exclusively to a mobile phone, for example.

Confirm Calls

When enabled, the person answering a forwarded call must press 1 to accept it. This prevents calls from being picked up by voicemail on external devices.

How many external numbers can I add?

You can add up to 5 external numbers (mobile phones, landlines, or answering services) in the ring list. All numbers ring simultaneously when Follow Me is active.

What does Do Not Disturb (DND) do?

DND sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail without ringing your phone. When enabled, you’ll see a visible indicator showing DND is active.

Can I use Follow Me and DND at the same time?

No. DND overrides Follow Me. When DND is on, no devices will ring.

What is the DND Schedule?

The DND Schedule allows you to automatically silence calls outside of your working hours. You can define availability for each day of the week.

How do I set up a DND Schedule?

Open the Follow Me / DND page
Expand DND Schedule
Enable the schedule
Set your hours for each day
Tap Save Schedule

The system will automatically manage your DND status based on your schedule.

Your manual DND toggle always takes priority. If you turn DND off during a scheduled DND window, the system will respect your choice until the next schedule boundary (for example, when your available hours begin the next morning). At that point the schedule resumes automatic control.

When you toggle "Enable Schedule" to OFF and save, DND is immediately cleared on your extension and the automatic schedule stops running. Your DND state returns to manual-only control.
