You can edit your user profile and general settings within the UpLync Fax portal. You can access them from the left-hand navigation, under Settings, or by clicking on the person icon at the top right of your screen.
Editing User Profile
The system refers to your contact information as “addresses.” You can add and remove them as you like under your user profile.
To add an “address” (e.g., your phone number), click New and Phone from the Address Type drop-down menu.
You can indicate if you want that data to appear on receive and/or send notifications, and also indicate which one is your primary or preferred contact method.
NOR = Notification Receive
NOS = Notification Send
To change your display name, email address, or preferred contact type, click the edit icon above Profile. You can also change your password on this screen.
