Advanced Call Handling - Transferring and Parking Calls

FollowMe

This feature allows another phone to ring simultaneously with your desk phone. Most people set this up with their cell phone number. You can toggle the FollowMe feature on and off using this button. When the button is green, FollowMe is off. When red, FollowMe is on. If you’d like to modify your phone’s FollowMe numbers, just drop us an email at support@uplync.com.

When enabled, incoming calls will come through on your cell phone with the caller’s phone number/CallerID. When you answer, you will hear a prompt that says, “You have an incoming call, press 1 to accept or 2 to decline.” If you accept the call, you are connected to the caller. If you reject or do not answer, the call will be sent back to the voicemail associated with your desk phone.
