When your electronic fax account is ready, UpLync will send you an email with a link and user credentials for you to log into your user control panel (UCP). You will use this UCP to send and receive faxes. You can set up email addresses to receive fax notifications as well.
This first time you log in, you will need to add the fax widget to your UCP dashboard.
UCP Log-In Screen - Enter the username and password UpLync provides.
Welcome PopUp - You will see this popup the first time you log in. Click the "End Tour" button.
Adding the Fax Widget - Click the + sign in the top left of the screen.
Click the "Fax" icon on the left column, and then click the + sign next to the extension number.
Fax Portal - The fax portal will appear on your UCP dashboard.
